Instructor Access Codes
Codes let staff sign in to the Instructor Portal. Instructors see only their own students — their name must match the Instructor field on student records. Managers see every student across all instructors.
Instructor Qualification (ELDT)
Team Accounts
Each teammate gets their own ops login, so actions are attributed to them in the audit log. Staff run day-to-day ops; Admin can also manage team accounts. Locations scopes what they can see — use * for all sites.
